Teebiz: FREESTYLING LITTLE GIANT
"I wan baj enta d place like I be tolani" a reference to 2020 big brother housemate and sensation Tolanibaj , now that sounds like something Olamide or dremo would spit on a mic doesn't it.
It's actually a punchline from Abuja cum Lagos based artist teebiz. Temi davids an indigene of Lagos state is Nigeria's next sensation in the afroworld.
The "drop it", crooner is one of few afrogenre artists who actually have freestyle potential and I would know (I dabble into freestyling too). The truth though is that in third world countries like ours raw talent might not account for much so Teebiz has to work extra to get playlisted even when he drops jams that can be compared to what's trending at that time.
Teebiz tops the list when it comes to offhand dope punchlines(they actually pack a punch) he uses environmental factors to bring extra spice into his freestyles added with fluency in yoruba and english
Earlier this year he dropped another track titled "drop it" a song that has afro and urban rap rythms in it, all on the same beat. Mind-blowing isn't it. Few songs can boast of such inept lyricism here
